Anerlisa Muigai reveals reasons for Nero Water’s recent inactivity

Nero Water CEO Anerlisa Muigai has finally addressed why her brand has been inactive and less visible in the market, despite its former popularity.

In a video on her social media, the 34-year-old entrepreneur opened up about feeling unmotivated, which led her to pause operations as she sought something more fulfilling.

“People have been asking what happened to Executive Water… well, it’s still around, but I put it on hold because I reached a point where I didn’t feel motivated. Sometimes, in life, you just feel stuck,” shared the Keroche Breweries heiress.

Anerlisa also spoke enthusiastically about her new venture, a consultancy firm, saying that she genuinely enjoyed her work there and felt the business had great potential.

“So, I decided to pursue something I’m really passionate about, like Signer Travel. I now advise and consult, helping people find jobs abroad through our recruiters,” she said, adding that Executive Water might resume operations early next year.

“This doesn’t mean I’ve left the water business… hopefully, by January, I’ll be back in it, but Signer Travel is also doing well, so I may end up managing both ventures,” she concluded, thanking her supporters.

Apart from her family’s wealth, Anerlisa is well-known for her luxury water brands, Executive Still Water and Life Still Water, under her company, Nero Limited. She founded Nero in 2013 after completing her studies in the United Kingdom.
