Alfred Mutua Demands Apology From Boniface Mwangi After Links To Destructing His Home

After activist Boniface delivered his harangue to Machakos governor a day ago, there was definitely no way he would be unassailable to the accusations against him. The governor had no choice but to hit back; by demanding an apology from the activist. Boniface’s statement suggested that the governor was an abusive man to Lillian Ng’ang’a, in addition to the alleged blowing off of his house.

”I don’t go down easily… I’m not Juliani, I’m not Lillian. You wanted to k**l my friend Juliani, you couldn’t coz we exposed you, you wanted to harm Lillian, and she can’t share because she’s scared of you; You want to harm everyone because you’re a guilted man… There’s a God in heaven. And God will avenge me and the many women you have r***d, molested, and the money that you have stolen from the county…”

However, the governor insinuates that the accusations are false; and he demanded an apology from the activist;

“Our instructions are to demand that you retract and pull down all of the said libelous and defamatory publications, of concerning our client in the same prominence as in the offensive publications, publish an apology which is acceptable to us in the manner approved by our client, pull down from the internet and any other web-based resource or archive where the said publication has been stored, posted, or is stored, and you provide a certificate to our client of such pulling down of the publication.”

“Our client will otherwise set in motion the legal process for redress in default of your meeting the terms of the demand; as herein demanded and will further seek and pursue ancillary relief and damages at your risk to costs thereof without any further or other reference to you in this regard.”

The paramount issue will definitely lead to a legal suit between the two.
