Akothee’s Second Wedding: Will Her Sons Be There?
Renowned Kenyan singer and entrepreneur Akothee is set to tie the knot for the second time in July, but she is concerned about whether her two sons will be able to attend.
The boys, Prince Ojwang and Prince Oyoo, live in France with their father, and Akothee is worried that they will not be able to get time off from school to come to Kenya for the ceremony.
“I’m not sure if they will be able to make it,” Akothee said in a recent interview. “I’ve been trying to reach out to their father, but he hasn’t been responding to my calls or messages.”
Akothee’s first wedding was held in April, and her sons were not able to attend because of their school commitments. She is hoping that they will be able to be there for her second wedding, which she says will be a “royal fairytale wedding.”
“I really want them to be there,” Akothee said. “They are my everything.”
Akothee has five children in total, and she is a single mother. She has spoken openly about the challenges of raising children on her own, and she has said that her sons are her top priority.
“I’m doing everything I can to give them the best possible life,” Akothee said. “I want them to have a good education and a bright future.”
