33-year old virgin actress Yvonne Orji opens up about the stress of having mock-sex in her TV role

She is 33 years old and she has NEVER slept with any man in real life, but she beds men in her role on popular TV series – ‘Insecure’.

Yvonne Orji plays the role of a very sexually-active attorney by the name ‘Molly’ on HBO series ‘Insecure’. The Nigerian-American actress plays steamy sex scenes on the series but in real life she is actually a virgin.

In a chat with The Breakfast Club, Yvonne Orji insisted that she is still waiting for her Prince Charming to deflower her, she also made it clear that she has never ‘pleasured herself’.

“I’m a virgin now, yeah. I’m a virgin-virgin… I’ve never [masturbated]. I promise you. Personally, I had plans to have sex when I turned 18. I was dating [dude] and I had it figured out. But, I got to college at 17 in D.C and then I got saved,” Yvonne Orji said.

Orji admitted that she desires to get laid quite often but manages to control her feelings anyway. She said that having mock-sex in her role as ‘Molly’ on HBO series ‘Insecure’ further fuels her desire to have real life sex.

“What’s funny is like it really does get in your spirit… We did a bulk of our sex scenes on the same day and I remember going home like, ‘Who I got in my phone, though?’ because this dude was just on top of me.”
