Murang’a man who deliberately chopped off his private organ now needs your help to replace his manhood

Three years ago, Kenyans witnessed drama when a middle aged man from Murang’a county deliberately decided to get ride of his male organ.

Wilfred Kamande who hails from Kaharero village in Kahumbu Ward, cut off his manhood with a small knife before he covered what was left of it with a Bible.

Manhood replacement

Wilfred now needs your help to get his manhood replaced three years after he chopped it off. The man appealed to the public to help him settle the medical bill for his genitals to be replaced.

Speaking during an interview with KTN, the father of five claimed that he chopped off his manhood because he was devastated by the deaths of his wife and daughter.
