Jaguar following in president Uhuru Kenyatta’s footsteps

Musician Charles Njagua, popularly known as Jaguar, was declared the Starehe MP flag bearer for the ruling Jubilee Party a few months ago and has been campaigning as he hopes to beat Steve Mbogo who is running for the same seat but under an ODM ticket come August 8th.

For that reason Jaguar continues to be a man of the people as he tries to blend in everywhere he goes. I bumped into a few photos of the musician turned politician dressed in a white Kanzu – (an ankle-length Arab garment, with long sleeves and is usually worn by Muslim men).

Jaguar had stepped out to join Muslim brothers and sisters as they celebrated Eid a few weeks ago. The dressing up is obviously part of blending in…with people from the Muslim community – an art president Uluru Kenyatta has mastered over the years.

On the other hand…it is good to note that Jaguar pulled the look just fine and he definitely looks amazing. Below are a few photos courtesy of his Instagram page;
