Shock as teachers strip male and female students to underwear before caning them in the open (Photos)

Photos of grown male and female students lying on the ground in their underwear while their teachers flogged them have caused uproar on social media.

Just when you thought corporal punishment had been abolished in schools then you see photos of students being flogged semi-naked by teachers… can’t help but wonder whether some teachers have a breakdown in their ability to think.

But then again the incident didn’t happen in Kenya, it took place several miles away in central Africa – Cameroon to be precise.

The internet was shocked to see photos of students at a public school in Baham, west Cameroon being flogged while they were half-naked.

Apparently the grown male and female students were ordered to strip down to their underwear and lie on the ground by the teachers. Reason being? They were late to report to school.

But why would the grown students allow teachers to humiliate them like this? Just three weeks ago back home in Kenya standard six pupils at Kirimon primary school in Samburu East attacked and caned five teachers who had punished them severely.
