Amani’s husband lands top job at Safaricom 

Chinasa Udeala, singer Amani’s husband, has been appointed the new General Manager of Music streaming service, Songa.

In a statement, Udeala, who was previously working at Boomplay Music as the regional director, said he was pleased to join safaricom’s Songa.

“I am very passionate about the Kenyan and African music industry. I want to help establish Songa as the leading platform  for Local, African and international music in Kenya and on the continent. I also want  to open the platform up to every local artists so they can upload their music and create an opportunity for them to earn revenue,” Udeala said.

Amani and Udeala have been married for two years now. Last year,  she revealed that though many are waiting for the wedding, she wouldn’t make it public.
