American TV star expecting her first child with Kenyan husband Gerald Mwangi

The Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) actress Shamea Morton married her Kenyan sweetheart Gerald Mwangi in a traditional themed wedding in Decatur, Georgia.

The two lovebirds caused a stir sometimes in December 2015 when they visited Gerald’s family in Nyeri County for the introduction.

The couple is now expecting her first child, Shamea broke the good news during an interview with US Weekly. She said she will be due around Thanksgiving (22 November).

Wedding anniversary

The RHOA actress further said that she will announce her baby’s sex during their first wedding anniversary on July 22nd. She revealed that neither her husband or her knows their baby’s gender.

“God has blessed me so much. I’ve got a great husband that I love so much. I’ve got awesome, awesome friends and family,” she said. “The only thing I can ask if for a healthy baby. I want two kids and my husband wants five. I joke with him and tell him you are going to do a lot of love making to have five,” said Shamea Morton.
