Kenya’s hottest female athlete Mercy Cherono heavily pregnant with first child after all the drama last year

Mercy Cherono is expecting her first child in months to come. The 5,000m Commonwealth champion was seen flaunting her baby bump in a photo that has since gone viral.

Mercy Cherono got hitched to Edmond Ng’etich in a lavish engagement ceremony on December 19th 2016. Her husband is the Kes 10 million Mcheza winner.

Mercy’s career and marriage faced various challenges in 2017. She was having issues with her husband because of his baby mama who was threatening to ruin their marriage.

The pretty athlete also spent an estimated Kes 1.5 million shillings on a trip to Nigeria in search of divine intervention for the the revival of her dwindling career.
