Organizers of Burna Boy’s highly anticipated concert in Kenya, Madfun, have released a set of regulations for attendees ahead of the event scheduled for March 1, 2025, at Uhuru Gardens.

A statement seen by this writer details the items that will not be permitted at the venue. Concertgoers are advised against bringing professional cameras, video recording devices, or selfie sticks. Additionally, outside food and beverages, weapons, explosives, fireworks, and flammable substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Outside food and drinks

  • Items for sale or promotional purposes
  • Sharp, pointed, or blunt objects, including penknives and knives
  • Flag masts, parasols, and non-retractable umbrellas
  • Cooler boxes, large bags, briefcases, and backpacks
  • Folding and camping chairs, barbecue equipment
  • Objects that could be used as projectiles
  • Any illegal drugs or paraphernalia
  • Firearms

Burna Boy’s Nairobi Concert and Other Major Events to Watch for in 2025

All bags will be searched at the entrance. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to facilitate smooth ticketing and security checks. Gates will open at 3 PM and close at 9 PM to ensure everyone enjoys Burna Boy’s performance with his band.
