THINGS SIZE 8 PRAYED FOR BEFORE EXCHANGING RINGS WITH DJ MO

Details of the vows exchanged by Size 8 and DJ Mo during their wedding, held two days ago, have surfaced. The couple shared their wedding video on their YouTube channel, The Murayas.

Size 8 incorporated a special Bible verse into her vows, emphasizing the fruits of the Holy Spirit as the foundation for their marriage, beyond the traditional vows.

Quoting Galatians 5:21-26, she referenced:
“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.”

She expressed her desire to build a faith-centered marriage.

Part of her vows read:

“Father, in the name of Jesus, I enter this covenant with my husband with You, Lord. Jehovah, may my heart produce love, patience, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, long-suffering, and peace. Above all, may I be the woman… Holy Spirit, help me to be the woman You created… May I be the woman who will support his destiny in the mighty name of Jesus.”

The pastor then guided her through the formal vows:
“Now, with this ring, I, Linet Munyali Muraya, take you, Sammy Muraya, as my legally married husband—to love and cherish all the days of our lives here on earth until Jesus comes back. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. You, Sammy Muraya, are now my lawful, legally wedded, only husband.”

She burst into laughter as she completed her vows.

DJ Mo, on his part, followed the customary vows, led by the pastor. He concluded in a heartfelt moment:
“And now, in the name of the Father and the Son—Linet Muraya, you are mine,” as he placed the ring on her finger.

Their wedding video, titled DJ Mo & Size 8’s Grand Wedding: A Fairytale of Love and Blessings, captured the elegant celebration.

DJ Mo and his seven groomsmen received praise for their tailored outfits, which fans admired in the footage. Meanwhile, Size 8 was accompanied by a stunning bridal party dressed in black, while she wore a beautifully embellished bodycon gown. She opted not to wear a veil, making a clear statement about her faith-centered union.

As the ceremony began, the pastor addressed the congregation:
“People should know why we are gathered here. Is there someone among us who will give this lady to be married to this man?”

The couple’s parents stepped forward, standing by their children and granting their blessing for the holy matrimony, followed by a prayer.
