Mammito: “My Boyfriend and I Are Happy, But I’m Keeping Him Private”
Comedian Eunice “Mammito” Wanjiru has shared insights into her current relationship and the man behind her pregnancy.
The expectant comedian revealed that she is dating a man who stays out of the public eye, especially after her breakup with fellow comedian Butita four years ago.

“He’s not in the entertainment industry, and that’s exactly what I wanted. After dating within the industry, I preferred someone outside of it, doing something different, something I don’t fully understand, as long as he is supporting us financially,” Mammito told TV journalist Betty Kyalo in a recent interview.
Mammito kept her pregnancy under wraps until late October when she revealed the news to her one million followers, stunning fans with a video announcement.
Despite public curiosity about the identity of the father, Mammito has balanced the attention with her signature humor while maintaining the privacy of her partner.

In the interview, Mammito explained that she prefers to keep her boyfriend out of the public eye to avoid unnecessary scrutiny.
“I’ll keep him private because in Nairobi, you never know. You make him public, and people start criticizing him—saying, ‘Oh, he’s not good looking,’ or even trying to steal him away,” said the 31-year-old.
