Controversial Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has declared his intention to marry multiple women, asserting that he possesses the financial capacity to support them.

Taking to his Instagram page, Salasya ignited discussions among netizens by expressing his contemplation of marrying more than two wives. He attributed his decision to the current chilly weather, suggesting that he might wed one wife this year and another the following year.

“This cold weather is beginning to make me contemplate marrying one wife this year and another next year,” Salasya wrote.

The MP, known for his controversial opinions and online scandals, asserted that he is financially equipped to care for his wives.

“I must marry more than two wives; I have enough resources to provide for them,” the MP concluded.
