Former NTV journalist describes fight with wife that landed him in jail

Moses Dola, a former media star, has recounted for the first time how prison life has been for him.

After his journalist wife Wambui Kabiru passed away at their house in 2011, he was found guilty of manslaughter.

The father of one who is currently detained at Naivasha Medium Security Prison, Andrew Kibe, told his trip while on “Njeraini Ciitu,” which was filmed there.

“I was shocked when I found myself in jail, but with time I am adjusting to life. There is no freedom in jail.”

We had a fight in 2011, and my wife passed away as a result. Her name was Wambui Kabiru, and like me, she worked as a journalist. After a 7-year trial that followed, I was found guilty of manslaughter.

“I met her at work, I had left the Star and had joined NTV and we met during training. We had a baby boy. “

What happened the night before she passed away?
