Brian Chira arrested for leaking Azziad’s number and claiming she’s a prostitute

Azziad Nasenya, a radio DJ, and TikTok Queen were the targets of Brian Chira’s slanderous claims, which led to his detention last night.

Detectives selected Chira, and she was made to spend the night in police detention.

According to Nasenya’s attorney, her client decided to sue the TikToker for defaming her and damaging her reputation.

The attorney continued by saying that Chira released Azziad’s phone information to the public, which caused her grief since strangers started phoning and abusing her.

The attorney added that before moving on to the next stage, which would be charging Chira in court, the investigating officer and the DCI will conduct investigations.

“Sometime last week Chira went live on TikTok at night and the Topic was Azziad he uttered some words which I cannot repeat here but those words are defamatory and he did not stop there he went ahead and gave ahead and gave out her number.
My client has for the past week been buzzed with a lot of calls and messages some of which are insults and my client was not happy. Since we have the computer misuse and cybercrime act she choose to take legal action.” – Azziad’s lawyer

In a video that was shared on social media, Chira insulted Azziad in the most outrageous way possible. He then went ahead and posted Azziad’s phone number online.

While in a police cell, Chira was heard on phone saying,

“I insulted her online and she reported it to the police, talk to the officer he will explain, all I was asking is for you to assist,”

Before going to court to make a plea, Chira has the option to ask for police bail now.
