MP Salasya Urges Stivo To Go Back To School, Simple Boy Responds

Kenyan singer Stivo Simple Boy has confirmed that he has received a new 1-bedroom apartment from Mumias East MP Peter Salaysa. The house is located along Outering Road and is currently being furnished by the MP.

Stivo expressed his gratitude to the MP for his generosity, saying that the house was a dream come true. He also said that he was planning to go back to school to learn a skill, as the MP had suggested.

MP Salaysa said that he was moved by Stivo’s genuine but sad state when he met him, and that he wanted to help him not for clout but genuinely.

“Stivo is a genuine person and when I met him, I could see it and he has reached the end of his life and all I want is to help him not for clout but genuinely,” he stated.

The legislator also challenged Stivo to consider going back to school to learn a skill.

He also pledged to educate Stivo’s wife Grace Atieno, saying that he would sponsor a short course for her to study.

The MP’s gesture has been praised by many, who have called it a kind and generous act. It is hoped that the new house will help Stivo to improve his life and give him the opportunity to pursue his dreams.
