Itel Launches Football Tournament To Empower Youth
The launch of Itel P40 in the Kenyan market has expedited the launch of numerous activities in the 254. The company has organized several activities including P40 power cup football tournament in Wote, Makueni county.
The company partnered with StarTimes to hold a two day event from May 27 onwards. The main reason for the activity was to create a platform for aspiring football players.
Prizes To Be Won
The tournament was a success as it attracted 16 with Muthini FC being the champions, runners up being Mukuyuni FC and Platnumz FC coming in third.
The prizes ranged from cash prizes, trophies, to the Itel P40 smartphone among other gifts.
Itel’s manager Mr. Qi Peng went ahead to congratulate the teams that participated in the tournament, adding that the event was a platform for the youths who were passionate.
“We are happy with the success of the Itel P40 Power Cup Football Tournament,” said Mr. Peng. “This is a great opportunity for the youth to showcase their talent and passion for football. We hope to continue organizing such events in the future.”
