Thee Pluto Receives Ksh 1 Million From Wangui Ng’ang’a For Shaving His Dreadlocks (Video)

Popular Instagram model & businessman Thee Pluto has finally received his reward of Ksh 1 million shillings from Nairobi politician Wangui Ng’ang’a; as earlier promised. The heart-throb entrepreneur decided to cut off his dreadlocks last month after he was dared by the politician to do so. In return, he would get 1 million in cash and do whatever he wants to with it.

According to the city politician, Pluto’s dreadlocks weren’t looking good on him as a brand. Pluto has been helping Ng’ang’a in her campaign to clinch Nairobi’s women rep seat. Sharing through Mungai Eve’s YouTube channel, Wangui flaunted the huge chunks of notes and maintained that she had to honour her pledge upon seeing Pluto fulfill her wish.

”If you need somebody to change, saa zingine unampatia tu incentive. Ata yeye najua alitaka kuzikata lakini hakukuwa na very good reason. I think I’ve given him a reason kukata hio nywele. Na pia tena naona ako na potential. There’s a certain way you brand yourself if you want to get someone. So, personally I’m feeling the way he looks right now, I think it’s good.”

On the flipside, Pluto also purported that shaving off his dreads was a means of turning over a new leaf and rebranding.

”Several factors pushed me to cut my locks. They include rebranding, and craving a change but ultimately and most importantly it was a Sh1 million dare from a friend.”

It’s a win-win situation for both Wangui & Pluto. The Nairobi women rep aspirant has gained more popularity to expedite her campaign. Popularity is a pre-requisite for campaign. While Pluto has gained cash to boost his businesses.
