“You are the only true husband in my life” Akothee mourns the death of her husband

Akothee has been bereaved, she lost her loved one a few days ago. The flamboyant songbird announced the death of her ‘husband’ on Monday October 30th.

Akothee used to refer her grandfather as her husband. The singer loved her grandpa so much, she was always seen hanging out with him whenever she visited her rural home in Rongo, Migori county.

The wealthy singer caused a stir on social media a month ago when she washed her grandpa’s feet just like Jesus washed his disciples’ feet.

Akothee’s ‘husband’ passes on

The cruel hand of death robbed Akothee of her loving grandfather. Akothee mourned the death of her ‘husband’ in a heartfelt eulogy posted on her IG.

Akothee says that she built her Rongo house next to the deceased so that she could be close to him. She further reveals that she loved her grandpa so much because he was the only one who understood her and tolerate her BS.

“I wanted to enjoy the litle I have with you , thats the reason I built my home next to you , my heart is directly connected to you , You are the only true husband in my life , you are the only one who understands and take all my bulshit , (wereuru gi Nyogoro ,to un ukia ni Akoth nyogoro anot janeko ka ogoro mane achake , )
