Babu Owino retaliates after Sauti Sol took a swipe at him

Embakasi East MP has finally fired back at Sauti Sol. The singing quartet launched unprovoked attack against Babu Owino on Thursday last week.

Sauti Sol claimed ‘Tibim’, ‘Tialala’ and ‘Tano Tena’ were empty political slogans. The two political slogans are associated with Nasa and Jubilee.

‘Tibim’ and ‘Tialala’ were first heard by Babu Owino. The MP commonly used the slogans during his days as SONU chairman to marshal comrades.

Babu Owino hits Sauti Sol’s soft underbelly

Babu was not pleased when Sauti Sol claimed that ‘Tibim’ and ‘Tialala’ were empty political slogan. The controversial Embakasi East MP joined homophobes to troll the quartet.

Babu shared a photo of Sauti Sol wearing a mosquito net-like costumes and sarcastically asked why men dress like lesbians.
