Popular KTN news anchor calls it quits!

Former top female news anchor Maalika Kazia recently called it quits at KTN; 2 years after joining Standard media group as the new faces representing the station.

Judging from how fine she looks, I now understand why fans on social media looked forward to Trading Bell which also hosted. However after a 2 year successful run in the media industry; Kazia Maalika decided to officially walk away.

Quitting the well paying job at a time like this has however surprised many as seen on some of the comments left on her post. However one can’t be so certain about why she called it quits in the first place. But through her Twitter page, the young sassy page wrote;

Goodness it has been quite a journey! This was not an easy decision for me to make & I will always be grateful to KTN News and Standard Group for the opportunity. Thank you ???? I have learnt alot, met amazing people and grown in ways I never expected. To a different chapter now ????

Maalika’s exit comes just a few months after we watch several media stations fire most of their staff members all thanks to the pandemic. Among those who lost their jobs are journalists from mediamax network, Nation media group among other top media houses.
