Tanasha and Diamond broke up because Mama Dangote wanted her to believe in the supernatural – Tanzania´s Mwijaku reveals
Word has it that Diamond and Tanasha actually broke up over supernatural beliefs, that the Dangote´s tried to force on her, but she declined.
Diamond´s family has been rumored severally to be practicing juju and using charms to protect themselves from ´evil eyes´ and any harm.
So Tanasha, was also to be initiated into it, if at all she was to gain recognition as a part of the Dangote´s family.
However, her upbringing did not allow such kind of beliefs in her and she quit!
Revelation
Bongo controversial socialite, Mwijaku revealed this as the reason behind the unprecedented split.
Speaking to Bongo 5, the Tanzanian radio personality notes that Mama Diamond is the main cause of Diamond´s unstable relationships.
As Naseeb tries to please his mother, he forgets that he has a wife or a woman to take care of and build a family with.
Tatizo sio Diamond, tatizo ni mama yake. Maana Diamond anataka amfurahishe mama yake kuliko mpenzi wake kitu ambacho ni tataizo. Kumfurahisha mama yako sio kitu kibaya ila angalia usizidishe. Hapo ndio tatizo.
Mwijaku urges Diamond to just steer clear of educated women, like Tanasha. The Kenyan beauty completely evaded the herbal concoctions her mother-in-law was allegedly preparing for her.
Epuka kidogo kuwachukua wanawake wana upeo wa elimu. Unajua Tanasha haamini ushirikina. Ukimpa makombe anywe hanywi anamwaga.
Naseeb Junior
Not just that. If we are to recall, there is a time, soon after his birth, Naseeb Junior had a black band tied around his left wrist.
Many speculated it was a charm intended to protect him from ´evil eyes.´
But that never jelled will with Tanasha´s beliefs.
Ukimpelekea ´bangla´ afunge mtoto wake aiote hamfungi kwa sababu yeye sio mwenye familia ya kuamini vitu kama hivyo. Kwa hivyo kwake haamini hayo na ugumu ilikuja hapo. They couldn´t agree.
However, Tanasha might have taken it off because in recent photos, the black charm is no longer on his wrist.
Mwijaku insisted that the Dangote´s strongly believe in the supernatural. Once a baby is born, they have to have a black charm around their wrist.
Tanasha resists
However, Tanasha´s culture and upbringing could not agree to the new customs Diamond´s family wanted to inculcate in her.
Familia inaamini kuwa baada ya kujifungua lazima unywe kombe. Mtoto tumfunge tungulu lakini Tanasha haamini hicho kulingana na mazingira ya magharibi aliyokulia.
As she was leaving Tanzania for Kenya, Tanasha bid her mother-in-law, Sandra goodbye but also stated:
I will never sell my soul.
The Kenyan commercial model seemingly hinted that Diamond´s mum wanted her to practice and believe in witchcraft but she stated she will ´never sell her soul.´
