The drama witnessed in parliament during President Uhuru’s fourth state of the nation address has rubbed some Jubilee MPs the wrong way and now Sonko is now demanding that those who were involved in heckling the president should be circumcised!

9 opposition MPs were kicked out of the National Assembly last Thursday after they disrupted President Uhuru from delivering his speech.

Sonko responded to the insult from Cord MPs by demanding that the electoral body IEBC to demand legislators to produce certificates of circumcision for MPs could be allowed to vie.

“Those 9 MPs who behaved as if they haven’t been circumcised….I want to bring a motion that will require MPs to have certificate of circumcision before IEBC clears any MP to vie” Sonko revealed when addressing the press.
