Jay Z And Jay Electronica Shout Out Lupita Nyong’o With A Full Freestyle (AUDIO)

Lupita took the world by storm just under a month ago when she won herself and Africa an Oscar. And an academy award is no mean feat especially being the first African to win it in the essence of the very word. But away from political incorrectness and personal opinion and down to facts. Fact: Lupita currently rules the roost. Fact: Jay Z has been ruling the roost. So it only makes sense that they Jay Z would toast the lass.

And it’s also a huge deal given how huge a star Jay Z is. And so he teamed up with Jay Electronica for a track titled “We Made It Rmx”. The track is in fact a freestyle but from what I heard, jay Z always freestyles. The instrumentals? I won’t even pretend to critic.
But the content? It starts with Jay Electronica quoting that slavery tip then talking about the heroes that slavery raised up.

So, you know it made sense that Lupita was brought up given the subject matter of 12 Years A Slave. And it was Jay Z who brought her up and that is a good look!
