Recently, Wilson Kipsang made headlines when he led fellow Kenyans to sweep the London Marathon first three slots effectively claiming all the first three medals.

And after the win, Kipsang was invited by Chelsea Football Club in West London, a club that Kipsang ardently supports here in Kenya.

Kipsang said he was thrilled to visit Stamford Bridge, home to the English Premier League leaders, a club that commands massive support here in Kenya and Africa in general.

The club was also thrilled to have Kipsang at their playground and offered him a T-shirt with his name and the time he took to win the London Marathon.

Many have speculated that Chelsea are in line to sign Kipsang thanks to his pace. However, this is not likely to happen as Kipsang is not a recognized footballer.
