Is Candy n Candy CEO Sleeping With His New Sexy Tanzanian Signee? Here’s The Truth

For some time now, there have been unconfirmed rumours that the C.E.O of Candy n Candy Records, Joe Kariuki, is in a sexual relationship with Tanzanian singer and award-winning actress, Baby Madaha. Madaha, who was the winner of the 2007 edition of Bongo Star Search competition, is popularly known for her hit single Amore. She also won a German award for her role in the movie Nani.
According to different Tanzanian gossip blogs, Joe has been having coitus with Madaha since signing her for KSh2.8 million (Tsh50 million) on the promise that he will propel her music career up.
Speaking to Ghafla on phone, Joe maintained that the relationship between him and Baby Madaha is only based on their music business interests.
“I dont know where people got this story from, am not in any sexual relationship with Baby Madaha” insisted Joe adding, “Yes, Madaha is popular in Kenya and Tanzania and as her manager and producer it’s my responsibility to ensure she stays on the music map, so these allegations that I am supporting her since I am getting sexual favours from her are groundless.”
Joe who reveals that he has been receiving a lot of calls from journalists inquiring about his clandestine relationship with the Tanzanian beauty asserts that people should instead concentrate on the projects released by Candy n Candy.
On her part, Madaha said, “”Joe alishauriwa na wadau kwamba aniendeleze mimi na nikifanikiwa niwasaidie wenzangu. Joe amesikia na hajapenda hili swala kwa sababusis tupo kikazi zaidi kwa sababu mimi najituma kufanya kazi ya muziki ambayo imenipeleka Candy n Candy na sio mambo mengine kama wanayosema wao. Huu ni wivu…”
Madaha and Top C are the other two Tanzanian artists signed to the record label apart from Mr Nice.
