Irate Kenyans Fires At President Uhuru After He ‘Discriminated’ Against Marsabit Pupils Who Visited Him At State House Yesterday (Photos)
Kenyans have eyes for details; Uhuru accords ‘subpar’ treatment to pupils from Marsabit County and he gets lashed for it.
President Uhuru Kenyatta opened the gates of State House to pupils and students ever since he occupied the house on the hill in 2013.
Every Thursday or Friday, primary school pupils and high school students pays the president a visit at State House where they mingle with the head of state.
President Uhuru hosted students from Pembroke House School on June 24th 2016; the students were mostly whites.
The kind of treatment Pembroke House School students were accorded compared to the way pupils from Titus Ngoyoni Memorial Primary School from Marsabit County were treated when they visited State House yesterday, is the reason why some Kenyans are firing salvos at the commander in chief.
Uhuru’s critics argue that he posed for a photo with students from Pembroke House School while some were seated on chairs while other were standing on a red presidential carpet.
This was not the case with pupils from Titus Ngoyoni Memorial Primary School; they posed with Uhuru standing while others were crouching on the tarmac at State House.
