Wonders never cease to exist! Music is all about sound and here you have a musician who can’t utter a single world yet he entertains.

If someone can grasp what you mean by using gestures then sign language can certainly be used in music as well.

And is the this theory that one singer by the name Douglas, has put into practice to rock the world of those who can hear.

Douglas wasn’t born deaf. He once had the ability to hear but at 5 years, the unexpected happened and he was denied one of the 5 human senses.

The ‘silent’ singer gave his music career a big boost when he came to Nairobi where he worked with Deaf Empowerment Kenya (DEK) and Undugu Society Kenya (USK) to refine his music skills.

If rubbing shoulder with President Uhuru is anything to boast about, then Douglas can walk with his shoulders high.
