“I Only Got 90 Million Of The NYS Money” Angela Angwenyi Reveals

The NYS scandal has come back to haunt former radio queen Angela Angwenyi.

Angela Angwenyi and her company were named as some of the parties which received questionable payments for services to the NYS. Her company Out of the Box Solutions was reportedly given 302 million for services that included creating sensitization for people with disabilities about the Access to Government Procurement Program.

The Auditor General had raised concerns on her payments and this prompted the parliamentary committee investigating the NYS scandal to call her. Facing the committee, the former Nation FM and Kiss 100 presenter was hard pressed in explaining how her company was able to win such a massive tender and whether the services rendered were worth the amount.

It was here that Angela revealed she had only been paid 90 million from the 302 million and yet the services were delivered as agreed upon and that her company was actually being owed the remaining sum of about 70%.
