Close to a month ago, former media personality Julie Gichuru was on the receiving end of a fierce online onslaught.

Julie was accused of sanitizing and doing PR for the corrupt and covering up fraud through the hashtag #FallOfJulieGichuru. Others claimed that her company M-cheza gave out low bonuses.

Speaking on an interview on K24, Julie believes that the online attack was funded by some bigwigs, someone pocketed money form the trending hashtag.

“It is no coincidence that on the day we give away our jackpot, I personally come under attack, and Mcheza the brand that (I am a director of Acumen limited) brand that we represent comes under attack. I believe it was financed. “She said before posing this question.”So who are the politicians and who are the business rivals funding this kind of behavior?”
