Well, there is a company that has topped everyone else off  by its reward to its employees making them millionaires in just one bonus offer. Hilcorp which is one of the largest privately owned oil exploring and producing company announced that it will reward each of its 1381 employees from the receptionist to the CE0 with an extra $100,000 cheque.

This comes as bonus for keeping the company in Forbes list of 100 best companies to work for, for the third year in a row. Well that in Kenya would mean all the employees just became millionaires and there would e no better way to enter the festive season.
