However, few listen or even adhere to it. This is the case of one Tanzanian man who was gambling at the City View Bar and Restaurant Casino in 10th Avenue in Eastleigh. While betting, the man John Mchanga lost 30,000 and it was at this point that he approached one of the lady manager’s office to get a chance for free play.

The lady obviously declined and it was at this point that John went berserk and removed a Somali sword which he used to stab the lady severally killing her on the spot.

A security guard who tried to intervene was also struck on the shoulder and he died a few moments later before running off. A third guard who followed him was also struck and wounded by a crowd who had been watching pounced on the man stoning him to death before the police arrived. The third guard is fighting for his life at Aga Khan Hospital.
