Heroic Act or Blatant Impunity! Prominent Kanu Politician and Billionaire Businessman Hacks City Council Clamp Refusing To Pay 100/- Parking Fee (Video)

Jackson Kibor the controversial old business man and former Kanu wheeler dealer astounded many with his actions in Eldoret against County Council staff.

The businessman had packed his Toyota V8 vehicle outside his building when Kanjo officers appeared and immediately clamped it. When he came back, the businessman was furious and the officers had to flee as the now irate elderly former politician took a saw and proceeded to saw through the clamp as he was cheered on by the public and youths even offered to help him.

One the clamp was cut he drove away leaving behind a public split on whether his actions were justified or just the impunity of the high and mighty. Many of the public especially in Eldoret feel that he was right given the fact that he was next to his building and the fact that he pays millions in rates for the numerous buildings he has in Eldoret town.

They also feel is senior citizen status should have him accorded the necessary respect and not harassed over 100/- parking rates. They feel he helped them avenge the numerous times they have been abused by scandalous Eldoret county officers. Here is the video of Jacskon Kibor with his act of defiance.
