Here Is University of Nairobi Beef With Club 1824

The comrades at the UON are best known for their approach on matters affecting them.

Led by their outspoken, no chills Chairman Babu Owino, the students take to the streets at the slightest provocation. This time round the student’s body is up in arms against the popular Nairobi Club 1824. The students are against what they term as harassment and molestation at the hands of the bouncers and staff of the club.

In a letter to the Inspector General of police, the SONU chairmain notifies the authorities of the intended peaceful demonstration and explaining their plight. Apparently, one student was grievously injured by the club’s bouncers and is now hospitalized. Here is the letter,
