Heineken Awards Winners with Trip to Taiwan

Premium international beer brand Heineken® rewarded winners of the foosball tournament which was launched on 2nd April 2013 in Kenya linked to the final stages of the 2012/13 UEFA Champions League season.

 

Heineken® through the campaign aimed to showcase how the UEFA Champions League, the world’s most prestigious club competition, and Heineken®, the world’s most international premium beer brand, combine to create spectacular artistry which fans around the world enjoy.

The international premium beer brand Heineken® who for the first time introduced a one of a kind Foosball tournament to the East African region saw a total of 256teams participate from Coast, Mt. Kenya Region, Rift Valley/Western and Nairobi. Through the Foosball tournament, Heineken® offered its consumers the ultimate UEFA Champions League experience. Heineken® challenged consumers to demonstrate their skills through Foosball and tapped into the rivalry among friends.

The winners, Pierre Kinyua and Jack Mwaura of Team Pierre &Co. (pictured above) enjoyed the ultimate Heineken experience, In Taiwan in November.
