Ghafla! Apology To Tusker Project Fame

Today we have to take a moment and say that we are sorry.

Earlier this month on Ghafla! we have run a misinformed story on Tusker Project Fame; the one about “Joseph Hellon Lampooning TPF 6 Viciously; Calling It A Circus.”

We made several mistakes when we recieved this information. First of all, we never confirmed either story from TPF’s side of things, and they turned out to be false. Secondly, we oversensationalized our headings in both the stories, giving an overly negative impression of events.

We want you to know that we accept full responsibility for this mistake. We have taken down the stories on our website and also issued apologies on our social media pages. The fact is we have a lot of good people here at Ghafla, and on behalf of all of us, I want to tell you that we pride ourselves on getting it right, and having the highest of standards and integrity. Clearly on these two occasions, that did not happen. We made a mistake. So again from all of us here at Ghafla! we can only offer our sincerest apologies in this case.
