A few musicians have so far come out to publicly ‘confess’ that music is no longer paying.

Hence there’s the need to be smart and venture into a business to sustain one’s source of livelihood.

A few have already set the record straight by combining music with other businesses.

Samini has ventured into onion plantation, Hammer and Bandex are into bread, D-Black owns a night club and the list goes on.

The newest to add to the family is hiplife artiste Tic, formerly Tic Tac, who is now into Pork and pizza business.

In an interview on eTV Ghana’s Late Nite Celebrity show, Tic revealed that he has ventured into the food business, shifting from the nightclub business.

“I’ve shifted from the nightclub business, I’m now into food business. I sell food, I sell pizza, I sell chicken hot wings, I sell bongo pork and bongo goat, he said.

Tic further reveals that he ventured into this business during his break from music.

“You can’t do this for 25 years and still be in people’s faces, a lot can happen to get you down. When that happens, I take music off and do something else to get money into my pocket,” he added.
