Lord Paper Set To Drop New Hiplife Tune Amidst Being Born Again Announcement

It seems Hiplife artiste has thrown dust into the eyes of most Ghanaians after he publicly

announced that he was born-again and would never do secular music again.

The artiste according to reports is set to release a new hiplife tune in a couple of days.

Lord Paper, born Michael Takyi-Frimpong  took to his Instagram handle moments to

announce the soon-to-be-released single to his fans.

The song, titled ‘Love No Catch You Before’, however features AMG business rapper Medikal.

Lord Paper reveals that this new tune which was produced by Kuvie will be hitting many

online tabloids and the radio and TV airwaves very soon. The ‘Awuruma’ hitmaker wrote;

“Ma bro @amgmedikal dropped a fire verse on Love No Catch You Before REMIX #anticipate Lord Paper x Medikal – Love No Catch You Before REMIX ( Prod by @kuvie_ ) dropping soon Major”

This quick return by Lord Paper to hiplife however comes as a big surprise because he

was recently on radio stating that he was never coming back to the worldly type of music.

He went further in those interviews he granted during the period he was claiming to be a

born-again Christian that many radio stations were refusing to play his gospel songs

because he decided to stop doing the profane type of music.

The turning point in Lord Paper’s life however came about when he visited the founder

and leader of the Perez Chapel international, Bishop Charles Agyin-Asare for prayers recently.

Lord Paper Drops First Gospel Song As A ‘Born Again’ Christian(VIDEO)

Ghanaian soul, afrobeat and hip-hop musician, Lord Paper, has joined the increasing number of secular muscians to release gospel songs.

Born Michael Takyi-Frimpong, he has released his first gospel song which in in liaison with his born again resolution.

Lord Paper hit the airwaves in 2016 with his hit single titled ‘Awurama’ with a ‘porno’ video.

This however did not go down well with music critics and he was highly slammed for it.

But the artiste recently ‘saw the light of God’ and went to Bishop Charles Agyin Asare to repent and become a ‘born again’ Christian.

Lord Paper after the encounter with the man of God asked his fans to delete his explicit videos from their devices.

He promised to stop doing secular music hence his decision to drop his first gospel music.

Titled ‘Fa Me Ye’,the video tells the story of a changed man who has now called on God to use him for his purposes.

Lord Paper Meets Bishop Agyin Asare, Vows Not To Release Explicit Videos Again

Afrobeats/Hip-Hop artiste, Michael Takyi-Frimpong, better known as Lord Paper seems to have turned over a new leaf. This follows his meeting with the founder of the Perez Chapel International Church, Bishop Charles Agyin Asare.

This move comes after his 2016 controversial x-rated “Awurama” video backfired, attracting so many criticisms to the extent of affecting his sprouting music career.

Lord Paper in a latest post on Instagram shared a photo of himself with the powerful man of God.

He accompanied the photo with a caption that emphatically states that he has indeed turned over a new leaf.

“Was a life-changing meeting with you daddy Pastor Agyin Asare. Thanks for the prayers, I’ve repented for good. The devil can’t use me again. Proud of the new me ?? #NewLordPaper #NewMusic #NewVibes.” He wrote.

Lord Paper couldn’t state emphatically what actually pushed him to consult the popular man of God. However, it’s obvious the baddest musician wants to put a stop to the release of explicit music videos henceforth.
