We Are Grateful – Keche Writes Open Letter To Zylofon Media

Music group, Keche, has penned down down gratitude to Zylofon Media for its immense

contribution towards the arts industry during its short period of activity.

Manager of the music duo, George M. Britton who released an open letter on social media on behalf of his team to thank the now-defunct company.

This however comes on the back of the sad news about the temporary shutdown of Zylofon

Media (Zylofon Tv and Radio) due to a court order secured by EOCO to freeze all assets owned by the CEO of the company, Nana Appiah Mensah has caused the

In the post sighted on the Facebook page of the entertainment critic and artist manager, he

states that the Ghanaian entertainment industry will never forget what the company, Zylofon

Media has come to do in this last two years they have been in operation.

George M. Britton also urges the people who were holding the fort at the keep, especially the company’s communication manager, Samuel Atuobi Baah,aka as Sammy Flex to remain strong.

“The art and entertainment circle has seen a facelift in the past two years and that did not come by happenstance. The immense contributions made by Zylofon Media (Zylofon Tv and Radio) contributes to this growth and change we have experienced.

This the time to stay strong, Samuel Atuobi Baah (Sammy Flex) and the whole team at Zylofon Media. Our prayers are with you. Let’s keep calm and allow the laws to steer the wheels of this matter to the desired conclusion.

The song which is released under the GB Recordz label objects to draw a sharp contrast

between the heavy backside of an African woman to the beating of the heart.

Women Nearly Tore Our Group Apart – Keche

Many groups have turned into ashes due to misunderstanding caused by women among group

members. This usually happens to groups of men, especially when they are not married.

Music duo, Keche has revealed that their case may have been the same if they had not acted

quickly to save the group from falling apart because of women.

Joshua of Keche in an interview with Emcee Bebe, host of Entertainment Xtra show in Cape

Coast 93.3 FM over the weekend posited that their group nearly split because of a lady.

Highlighting why music groups break up, Joshua said:

“The issue of Women can’t be overlooked when talking about why music groups split. We’ve had similar experience which nearly collapsed Keche but we were quick to resolve issues. For Keche as a group was there before the lady came into the scene so we won’t allow her to cause our separation”.

He further advised his colleague group musicians not to allow any desperate woman to mess up their hard-earned reputation.

Lack Of Investors Crippling Music Activities In Ghana – Keche

Hiplife duo, Keche has pinpointed why the music business in Ghana keeps declining.

According to them, this is due to unwillingness on the part of investors to support music events and artistes with their resources.

The pair also shared their views on the ongoing dis-accord between Menzgold and Bank of Ghana(BoG).

They however expressed how disappointed they are in BoG for their continuous effort to drag the CEO of Menzgold  into muddy waters.

They expressed how the Ghanaian music industry has suffered in the past because individuals and corporate bodies have refused to invest in music.

However, they eulogized Nana Appiah Mensah for rescuing and financially supporting the ailing Ghana’s music industry with better structures.

“The music industry lacks investors. The CEO of Menzgold is doing a lot for the industry and for the youth. He is one investor we pray that God will give him the strength to do more for the industry.” Keche said

Keche consists of Joshua and Andrew. The group known to be one of the most consistent and versatile music groups in West Africa.

Joshua is a rapper with the power of word play and Andrew is a songster with a silvery voice.

 

Keche Drops New Single, ‘They Say'(VIDEO)

Hiplife Duo, Keche has released to the listening pleasure of their fans a new single titled ‘They Say’

The group had earlier promised their fans they will be releasing one song and a video, each for the next three months ahead.

In fulfillment of their promise, they released a fantastic video for this new single under GB records.

The slow tempo “chef-d’oeuvre” was produced by StreetBeatz. Andrew (Smallgod) as known for his mellifluous voice did not disappoint as Joshua (JoeShine) came in hard with some easy flow punchlines. Together, they are the Keche that never disappoint their fans.

The Snares Films directed video starred the Instagram queen Rosemond Brown “Akuapem Poolo” who was looking all calm and collected.

Maybe this signifies the start of the new Rosemond we all wish to see.
