Agya Koo Blocked Me From Featuring In Movies – Actor Reveals

Kumawood actor and musician, Frank Osei, popularly known as Frank Naro, has revealed

that Agya Koo who is a popular actor in the industry blocked him from starring in many movies.

According to the rising musician, Agya Koo warned movie producers and directors not to

cast him(Naro) in any movie he Agya Koo would be featuring in.

Speaking in an interview with Blogger Zionfelix on his programme “Zionfelix Uncut”, Frank

stated that the reason for Agya Koo taking that decision was because at that time Agya Koo

was having some sort of problem with Kwaku Manu and since he Frank was close to Kwaku

Manu, the hate extended to him.

Going further, Frank revealed that Agya Koo’s decision really affected him. He stated that at

the time, Agya Koo was the hottest cake in Ghana in terms of the local movies and as such, he

was on every set, so the decision to blacklist him from the sets he was on certainly affected him,

as the roles were not coming in as he expected.

Frank Naro told Zionfelix that during the shooting of the controversial ‘Okomfo Anokye’ movie, he lost his cool and nearly questioned the veteran actor but Akrobeto intervened and prevented him from doing what he could have regretted till today.

Frank Naro Drops Visuals For ‘Abena’ Featuring Kofi Kinaata

Fast-rising hiplife/highlife artiste Frank Osei better known by his stage name as Frank Naro

has finally drop visuals for his much-anticipated song ‘Abena’ which features award-winning

musician Kofi Kinaata.

‘Abena’ comes after a successful release of ‘Ade3 No’, ‘Tokrom’, ‘Nkwaa Abodoo’ and few others,

which are already enjoying massive airplay across the country.

The multi-talented musician who doubles as an actor, in his new banger, expresses love for

‘Abena’ but due to financial difficulties, the family of the lady had forced her to leave the poor guy and settle down with a rich guy.

The song is a highlife tempo that depicts our day-to-day activities of young couples and can be enjoyed by both the young and old at all occasions.

‘Abena’ video was shot at Bojo Beach, Accra and was directed by Ben Zola.

Naro, in his music career has for the past years worked with great stars like Keche, Guru and now Kofi Kinaata.
