Stop Calling Yourself A Dancehall Artiste – Kwaw Kese Angrily Tells Shatta Wale
The feud between MadTime Music boss, Kwaw Kese and Shatta Movement boss, Shatta Wale is surely not quenching any time soon.
The two artistes have been on each other’s throats for weeks now almost non-stop.
In the latest news however, Kwaw Kese has asked self-acclaimed Dancehall King Shatta Wale to
stop carrying himself as a dancehall artiste since the music he does are not dancehall but a genre he doesn’t even know.
According to him, the songs which have been done by Shatta Wale over the past few years cannot be termed as dancehall since they are all “useless” songs.
To him, members of the Shatta Movement which he (Kwaw Kese) has changed to “Soormi” movement should rather tag their songs as “kpuukpaa” or “kpalogo” because that is what their boss, Shatta Wale does.

In a live video he did, he stated:
“What you people have to do is to find a name for the songs you people have been producing all these years because when they are mentioning names of Dancehall artistes in Ghana, you people are not part. Maybe you should call your songs Kpuukpaa or kpalogo. When you are doing kpalogo you say you are doing Dancehall,”.
He further praised Stonebwoy saying he is the person who is doing dancehall, going places and having international acts like Sean Paul feature on a song with him whiles Shatta Wale parades in Ghana as a local champion.
