Sonnie Badu Speaks On ‘One Corner’ Song
The UK- based and multiple award winning Ghanaian Gospel Singer and producer has expressed great worries over the recent popular ‘one corner’ dance.
The Inspirational Gospel Singer expressed that, it is becoming more dangerous and life threatening for people engaging in the dance and is therefore calling for urgent control measures and restrictions on the famous ‘one corner’ dance craze. Sharing his views on the dance which has appeared to be a public nuisance on various social media platforms, the Gospel Minister said that he is seriously worried seeing people performing the dance under vehicles and even on moving trucks as well as on busy roads.
He could not hide his uttermost surprise and worries when he added that ” It’s getting dangerous. I saw someone climb an electric pole, I saw someone climb a tipper truck, I saw someone run under a car and I saw someone dancing while cars were moving. Now this is getting out of hands. Do you want to wait until you hear somebody dead before you say ‘one corner’ killed him?’ he queried.
But perhaps, Sonnie has not actually heard that the dance has already claimed one life as was reported by yen.com few days ago. He is not the only person who has expressed worries and dislike over the social media dance trend as another Minister and Head Pastor of WordAflame Family Chapel Rev. Mrs Jennifer Selly has also said that the artiste behind the Popular song Patapaa, consulted ‘juju’ man before releasing the song and has therefore cautioned Christians to refrain from the song.
