Music Industry Lacks Creativity – Kwabena Kwabena

Even with all the strides going on in the music industry, it seems some people don’t see it.

Highlife musician, Kwabena Kwabena, has some issues with the Ghanaian music industry. Kwabena Kwabena has come out hard against the Ghana music industry. He has described the industry as very boring and lacking creativity.

He made these statements on Hitz FM. Kwabena Kwabena stated that lack of creativity is making the industry dull.  Furthermore, he indicated that most songs trending now are almost the same in terms of tune, lyrics and style. He explained,

“When you listen to radio today, it looks like you are listening to a medley of songs produced by one producer. There are many songs trending, beautiful songs trending, but unfortunately, for me, they are all monotonous; they sound the same, no distinction. Why is society telling artistes the kind of music and rhythm they do in this country?”

Honestly, we don’t know why he has problems with the songs being churned out at the moment.
