Ghanaian rapper, Kwesi Arthur was a nominee for the BET Awards 2018 Viewers’ Choice’ Best New International Act. However, he didn’t win the award.

Furthermore, people on the internet still showed their support. Moreover, others trolled him for his loss.

But the young rapper opens up about what the nominee meant to him. Also, he lost the award to South African Hip-hop artiste, Sjava.

Kwesi Arthur took to his Twitter handle and tweeted

“How can I lose when I came from nothing”.

Furthermore, a lot of entertainment critics and people hail him for the tweet. According to them, it shows his humility.

The ‘Anthem’ rapper came into limelight when he released his hit track, “Grind Day” which featured Sarkodie and Medikal.
