Also, the Highlife musician stated that doing secular music was actually a prophecy from his pastor. He recently released his album, ‘Matters Of The Heart.’

Akwaboah spoke to Andy Dosty on Hitz FM’s Daybreak show about music

“The thing is that my pastor believes in everyone’s destiny; we all can’t be pastors; we all can’t be bankers. Initially, I wanted to do gospel songs so I did a gospel album but I also recorded a secular album so I was confused as to which side I should stand for.

My pastor was prophesying. Therefore, he called me and told me that my calling was to do secular music.”
