How Far With Lumba TV, Other Promises? – Blakofe

Former Deputy CEO of Ghana Tourism Development Company (GTDC), Akua Blakofe asks about the various promises. In a Facebook post, she wondered what happened to the numerous promises made by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture.

According to her, there is absolutely nothing going on.

Earlier this year, Akua Blakofe accused CEO of GTDC, Kwadwo Antwi of failing to live up to the office’s mandate and preferring to travel rather than work.

“Just feel like going for a nice walk. But alas I’m in the Asylum. I’ll be competing with goats, stray skinny dogs, hawkers, motorcyclists and crazy drivers. It’s ok. I’ll stay indoors.” 

Touching on the creative arts sector, she asked “ ? ? ? ? ? how far with Lumba TV? Agya Koo TV and all the other stuff we were promised for tourism and creative arts? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?. Masree saaaaaa. Only it’s not a laughing matter.”

“I was somewhere today and people are ANGRY paaaaa in The Asylum. I told them to address their anger elsewhere as there’s nothing I can do to make people fulfill their promise. Creative Arts Council…I greet you oooo. ? ? ? ? ? ? ?.”
