Furthermore, she was the Former MP for Awutu Senya West. Also, she was the Minister for Foreign Affairs under the John Dramani Mahama administration, Hannah Tetteh.
Hannah Tetteh’s appointment to the United Nations
UN Secretary-General, António Guterres made the announcement over the weekend. Furthermore, the appointment is to head the organization’s office in the capital of the Eastern African nation.
Hannah Tetteh replaces Ms. Sahle-Work Zewde. Ms Zewde leaves to take up a new post as Special Representative to the African Union and Head of the United Nations Office to the African Union (UNOAU).
A longstanding mainstay of Ghanaian politics, Hannah is a vastly experienced lawyer and communicator who served two terms in Parliament and was a Minister under both the Atta Mills and JDM NDC administrations.
