My Fame Is Not From Shatta Wale – Efia Odo

News about a possible romantic affair between dancehall act, Shatta Wale and rising actress Efia Odo made several news headlines in September last year.

The two were captured in a video which went viral lying in bed somehow naked.

As usual, bloggers took hold of the story.  Since then, Efia Odo, born Andrea Owusu keeps trending in the various portals.

However, people who are familiar with how the name Efia Odo started trending had a message for Efia.

According to them Odo should give thanks and praises to Shatta Wale at all times.

This is because, they’re of the view that Efia’s bedroom pictures and video with the Shatta Wale was a blessing in disguise.

Amidst all this, Efia Odo never spoke concerning this topic.

Surprisingly, she has now come out with valid reasons to nullify the assertion that Shatta Wale made her popular.

In a tweet, spotted by Ghaflagh.com, Efia laughed off this assertion. According to her, she was not made famous and can never be made famous by Shatta Wale.

She writes that she couldn’t fathom why she begins to make headlines when she’s seen with the King of the Shatta Movement Empire, Shatta Wale. Meanwhile, he’s been seen with many other girls, yet they never make any headlines except her. She goes on to add that perhaps, it’s not about Shatta but because she’s already ‘ruling.’

She wrote: “Shatta made me famous ?? Lmao how?? He has been seen with lots of other girls but when he’s seen with me it becomes news hmm then maybe it ain’t cuz of Shatta but it’s cuz I’m poppin”.

Meanwhile Efia Odo has ended her feud with colleague actress Fella Makafui. She has apologized to the latter, asking for her forgiveness so they can bury the hatchet.
