She made her statements while answering questions at the press launch of her book. Also, she wasn’t wearing her wedding ring.

Her Reason

Furthermore, she revealed that due to her pregnancy, her fingers had grown bigger. Therefore, this made her wedding ring too tight and caused her discomfort.

Moreover, she’s taken it off and has a jeweler to expand the ring to her new finger size.

Kafui was not wearing her ring at the press interaction. Also, it was missing in her photo on the cover of her book.
